2.21.2 Emotional appeal

A character can influence someone to do something by making an emotional appeal to them (e.g. a daughter asking daddy for a favour). Effectively, this involves asking someone to do something for you just because they like you, for example,

A character can successfully appeal to another person if he/she makes a dice roll using his/her CH + Influence (including Emotional appeal specialism) and gains a better result than the other person's resistance dice roll.
