2.50.6 Making predictions (through reading the stars)

A character may make predictions based on the position of the stars. He/she must have a clear view of the sky, on a clear night (not cloudy, obscured, or during day time), and must spend one hour making his/her observations.

At the end of the period of observation, he/she makes a dice roll using his/her Science (including Reading the stars specialism) + IQ.

The dice roll result determines how much or little information the referee chooses to give him about the future. The referee should give this information in the form of generalised statements, as accurate or as misleading as the referee chooses to make. The better the dice roll result, the better quality the information should be.
