If a character wants to pretend to be in a particular emotional state (e.g. being angry, anxious, sad, happy, puzzled, etc.), he/she must make a dice roll using his/her Acting (including feigning emotion specialism) + WP.
The feigning dice roll result determines how difficult it is for an onlooker to spot that the emotions displayed are false (see below).
To recognise an imposter as a fake, a character must make a dice roll using his/her Empathy (including understanding feelings specialism) + PE.
If his/her dice roll result is greater than or equal to that achieved by the person faking the emotions (see above), the onlooking character will spot the emotions displayed as fake - depending on the dice roll result, he/she may be able to sense the true underlying emotions as well.
