Build for non-humans represents their build compared to the average for their race. The referee should decide what the average build for a non-human race is. Elves tend to weigh about 90% of the weight of a human of equivalent height, Goblins about the same as an equivalent human, and Dwarves about 150%.
To work out a character's actual weight, you need to take into consideration the character's height and build. The average weight for an average build human is listed under his/her height. Take this average and multiply it by the build multiplier.
For example: Cogan the barbarian is a tall and exceptionally muscular human male. His weight is approximately 152 kg (160% x 95 kg = 152 kg).
Converting to imperial measurements: A kilogram (kg) is approximately 2.2 pounds (lbs). Therefore, for example, Cogan's weight is approximately 335 lbs - a mighty warrior indeed.
